The Know it All Talking Heads should have listened.

The arrogance of today's talking heads is more astounding every day. Bill O'Reilly, Shep, Kim, and most of the Talking Heads on Fox News and other cable shows and networks assume that since the 10 jurors and at least 1 alternate found a different verdict than they would have, they label them all stupid. And they are downright smug about calling them all dumb.


What O'Reilly and the rest obviously missed was the closing argument. This trial needed 'evidence' you audacious arrogant clowns. While you were busy talking, you might have been listening. You would have heard that the top expert witnesses would not say there was a stain in the car. They would not say there was an abundance of chloraform in the car. One might have that 'proven' amount if you merely cleaned a car. No expert witness would say it was Caylee's hair for sure, only that it was someone in the families. Could have been there for years. The family has passed that car around for years.

There were junk scientist witnesses who were willing to make sensational claims perhaps to make a name for themselves. There was a man who was marketing a 'sniffing machine' who was testifying as an expert on the odor. Come on. If this was good hard evidence why didn't you see Dr. Michael Boden testifying? Because he is a true scientist and will only testify to proven fact. Isn't it funny that the prosecution wasn't interested in true scientific expert witnesses? Why do you think that was?

Why don't you listen to Dr. Arthur Aidala, one of FOX News' own very credible consultants? If you had listened to him you would have heard him say that her very bizarre behavior, all of it, was indeed consistent with a person who had been sexually molested all her life.

Their testimony was that on the day that Caylee died, both Casey and her dad were home. Think about this theory. What if she died because they were busy doing something and not watching her? Something that was so terrible they couldn't call 911 because they would have to admit to what they had been doing. Or worse yet, doing something to Caylee.

You pompous talking heads have all ignored the people who say this family was severely dysfunctional. Just because you may be lucky enough to not know what that means, it doesn't mean that its not true. A young woman who was constantly manipulated and controlled by her father likely would have continued in that sick relationship. Ask the experts, don't believe me.

Its pretty well documented that while Casey is pretty, she is no super intellect or even a person of average intellect. Therefore, it's highly unlikely that she would have been able to pull off the perfect crime. (if thats what this is.) However, a former police man who quite vociferously claimed that he knew what a dead body smelled like might have been able to.

A former police officer might have said 'take her and get lost for a month'. He might have assumed that in that time she would have gotten rid of the body but again, not being a rocket scientist, she came back with the body still in the car, So George, did what he did when burying all their animals, put her in a black plastic bag with duct tape. I wonder where all his indignant passion was that we saw when someone questioned his ability to recognize the smell of a dead human when they asked him if he molested Casey. He was calm and simply denied it. What did you expect from this serial liar? Did you think he would take this opportunity to finally tell the truth in a court room in fromt of God and everybody.?

That brave jury and the alternates are owed a huge apology by several pundants. They heard the evidence. They heard the closing. What they didn't hear was all lthe mindless speculation that went on and on day after day. They only heard the facts. The only one who got it right was Shawn Hannity. He did hear the Defense's closing argument. He was listening when the others were talking. Do they believe they are the only ones with a brain or they are just so filled with themselves, no one else matters. They claim to be interested in this beautiful little child. But they are not. They are interested in feeding their egos. Shame on them.

Thank God that most people in our country still believe it is better to let 10 guilty people go free than to send one innocent person to their death. O'Reilly and the others are probably going to be responsible for riling up 'the folks' to where we could see a mob mentality and someone will get hurt.

Remember just because you hate a person doesn't make them guilty. In this country so far we don't convict people to death for being disgusting human beings. We don't have that many prisons.
I hope Casey didn't kill her precious baby. Its likely it was an accident. I think the whole family knew about it.

But please, please. please apologize to thoses brave people who sacrificed their time and served on the jury. They are brilliant good Americans and I am proud of them.
